Let me get this off my chest: This post contains affiliate links. I also was given a Beauty Box 5 box for review purposes, but the opinions expressed here are mine!
I love subscriptions. I think I have mentioned before that it is not unusual for me to have ten magazine subscriptions going at once. Then I learned about subscription boxes and started a subscription to Citrus Lane. But there are so many subscription boxes out there and I went exploring. One of the neatest? Beauty Box 5.
I requested a blogger box for review and I loved it so much, I got a subscription for my sister-in-law for Christmas. For $15 per month, you gave a box of five hot beauty items. Sign me up!
The teal-colored box arrived just after Christmas. It contained:
• Clean & Clear morning burst hydrating gel moisturizer
• NYX Love in Rio eye shadow in the en fuego colors
• Body Drench daily moisturizing lotion
• Ofra lip gloss plumper sultry
• Every Beauty for smoother
This was one of the best boxes for this time of year. I am always on the look out for moisturizers that can take care of my winter-zapped skin without heavy scents. And the foot smoother, well, it can be used on that nasty dry skin on feet, elbows and knees.
I am excited to try the lip gloss. I am not a huge lip gloss wearer but this little tube is perfect to have on hand when I do need it. And the eye shadow couldn’t have come as a better time. I am out of the light purple I usually use so this will allow force me to step outside the box.
I love getting mail. While I get a Citrus Lane box most months, it is mostly focused on my kids. This box is all for mama and at $15 a month, it doesn’t break the bank.
Give it a try! Even one month. It is just a small splurge. See what you get and let me know.
I would love to try some others. The Fancy box by Jennifer Love Hewitt sounds pretty cool. I am waiting for The 16 Minute Club to launch. And there are so many more out there.
