I have two little girls with tons and tons of hair accessories and they are taking over. I have no idea what to do with them anymore. So, how do you organize your hair ties?
When we started out, we used a glass jar, but soon our supply outgrew the space in the jar and I moved it to a drawer in our main bathroom. This seemed to make the most sense since that is where I do the girls’ hair every morning anyway. However, that didn’t work out. Before I knew it, rubber bands, barettes and headbands were falling out of the drawer.
Something had to give.
Over the holiday break, I was organizing our bathroom and tried many things to make them fit better in the drawer, but it wasn’t working. I grabbed a container and loaded it up and right now it’s just floating around our house and we find it and pick out what we want when we need it. But I can’t live like this.
A place for everything and everything in it’s place.
So what’s a mom to do? What do you to store all of your hair “pretties?”
